Reports - CMAG's reports are now better than ever. We've completely redesigned our report format to better satisfy the diverse needs of our clients.  This new Report Suite shows you only the data you want to see, all in a single file.  You decide whether you want to see the most detailed occurrence data, or a simple summary of the entire campaign.

If requested, CMAG can also design custom reports to meet almost any specific need.

Click on any of the report types below to see a sample of what is included in our new Report Suite.

  • Storyboard QuickView - The Storyboard QuickView is a portal for viewing all of the storyboards for your race. By default, all storyboards for all ads that have aired since the start of the campaign will be listed alphabetically. Clicking on a storyboard title will open a browser window with the .pdf version of the selected creative. The display options dialog allows you to refine the detail presented in the report. You are able to view storyboards from specific sponsors or based on message content, and you can also narrow your search to one of seven different time periods.

  •
  • Campaign Overview - The Campaign Overview is a complete yet concise overview of the most important ad buy details of a campaign. By default, the Campaign Overview shows data for all groups within a campaign – candidates, parties, and issue groups. You’ll find trended spending data, recent new creatives, and Top 5 lists for sponsors, creatives, markets, states and programs. In addition to basic spending and spot count data, the campaign overview also presents important details such as how many days have passed since the primary election and how many days remain until the general election.

  •
  • Schedule Report - The Schedule Report is CMAG’s most detailed report of individual ad buys. It shows data for each individual creative including the time and date it aired, the spot length, the market it aired in, the station it aired on, the station affiliate, and the program it aired during. Hyperlinks to storyboards for each creative are also included in the Schedule Report.

  •
  • Group Summary - By default, the Group Summary shows basic spot count and spending information for all groups within a campaign since the start of the campaign. The display options dialog allows you to view data from one of seven different time periods. Unhiding the air dates using the display options shows the first and last air dates for each group based on the selected time frame. The display options dialog also allows for a more detailed view of spot count and spending data by displaying market and state data. Choose to unhide this data and you’ll see spot count and spending totals for each group within all active markets and states.

  •

The default view can be changed by using the display options dialog to choose individual groups or markets.

  •
  • Market/State Summary - The Market/State Summary provides a comparison of spot count and spending data for up to six different sponsors within all active markets and states. •
  • Message Analysis - The Message Analysis uses custom charts to show spot count and spending levels for each ad message in a campaign for four different time periods – today, last 7 days, last 14 days, and since campaign start. By default, the Message Analysis shows spot count and spending data for all groups within the campaign for the first five messages in alphabetical order. You can change the view by selecting up to five different messages in the display options dialog. The display options dialog also allows individual groups to be selected.
